Description: 2009 Keystone Copper Canyon 252 FWRLS equipped with a fiberglass exterior, one slideout, master bedroom, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: The roof membrane and rear panel are delaminated in areas. The rear left corner is split open. Sun faded with peeling/cracked decals and scuffs/dings in the body.

Interior: Drawer fronts and cabinet faces are swollen (main floor had about 6" of standing water). Stains in the carpets and wear in the upholstery.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. Missing one propane tank.
