Tire Condition: Worn / 75% tread.
Exterior (Updated): Tape residue, peeling vinyl, and scratches/dings. Awning is ripped. Skirting on passenger side loose. Vent cover missing on front right and hole covered with tape. Rubber seal around rear of exterior is damaged/missing. Rear bumper is bent.
Interior (Updated): Bathroom appears to have been in the process of repair. Subfloor in and around bathroom area and in to entry way is water damaged. Most everything in the bathroom has been removed. The shower door glass and frame are broken. Door and door casings have both been removed in bathroom and bedroom. Stains and wear in various locations. See pictures for damages/condition.
Mechanical: No keys. No batteries included.
