Interior: Upholstery is weathered, stained, and cracked in areas.
Mechanical: Does not start. The engine is seized. Upon arrival, the engine block had water mixed with oil. We drained and added new oil. The electrical powers on but dead at the starter. Battery needs to be replaced (unrelated).
