Exterior: The roof is damaged with several tears in areas. Two tears in the membrane (about 10' long). See photos. Dents/hole in the front right. The rear left corner is dented and the ladder is bent. The awning is torn, broken, and missing braces.
Interior: Sap leaking through from the rear left ceiling.
Mechanical: No keys. The rear left slideout doesn't function properly (electrical issues).
