Exterior: Light to moderate scratches.
Interior: Fading and mildly weathered. Stains and rips in the carpet.
Mechanical: Unable to test start engine due to electrical wiring. Ignition and wiring under the console have been tampered with. There are multiple misplaced and a few cut wires in the battery compartment. We did manage to get the power trim to operate and power to the ignition/console but no power to the engine starter. The engine does turn over by hand, however. The battery will need replacing.
