Trailer tires (205/75R14) worn with about 25% remaining tread life. Corrosion as shown. Tongue jack inop. Scuffs, dings, and paint chips around the unit. Bimini top canvas torn up. Battery needs a charge.

**UPDATE Unit seat have staining from mildew due to weather exposure, tongue jack wheel is broken, and there is corrosion on the loom between the engine and hull.
