Tire Condition: Replace.

Exterior: Loose and damaged trim around the edges. Loose panels and damaged piping underneath the unit. Corrosion forming on the leveling jacks with scuffs and dings in various locations around the body. View photos for details.

Interior: Missing trim around the slideouts. The kitchen counter is torn and the backsplash is loose. The shower has been recaulked and there is coloring on the bunkroom walls. Scuffs/stains on walls, doors, cabinetry, and wood trims. Foul odor.

Mechanical: The slideouts operate sluggish. Battery needs to be replaced (unrelated).
