Exterior: The awning is damaged, seal on the front corner is missing, and hard water stains below the water inlet. Sun faded with scratches in various locations.
Interior: Floors are water-damaged. The bathroom flooring has been replaced and the kitchen flooring is spongy/linoleum peeling up. The walls, cabinets, and trim have been poorly repainted. Screen door is damaged. Scuffs on wood trims and cabinetry in areas. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
