Exterior: Patchwork tape on the seams of the roof. The roof membrane is loose at the front and has tape patches. The entry door is damaged and the passenger side fender is zip-tied. Scratches and scuffs in areas. See pictures for details.

Interior: The dinette table is loose/pulled away from the wall. Normal wear from use.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced.
