Exterior: Holes drill into the portside. Scratches and scuffs in the hull.
Interior: Seats are missing.
Mechanical: Starts (with starting fluid) but does not stay running. Upon arrival, the motor was filled with water (removed plugs, purged cylinders, and drained/filled oil). The trim does not operate on the motor or throttle. The prop is missing and the battery needs to be replaced.
