Tire Condition: Cracked/weathered / 50% tread.
Exterior: Tape residue around the windows (possible leaks). Detached/peeling seals around the slideouts and the front left awning is torn (does not extend completely). Scuffs and dings in the body. Front right corner bead is separated near the storage compartment. TV antenna is bent. Various coax cabling hanging from the exterior. Lower entry step support bracket is broken and the lower step hangs down at ground level.
Interior: Living room and kitchen slide-out floors feel rotten. (Left) Kitchen slide-out is water-damaged on the rear and front wall. The right rear slide-out wall is also rotten. Heavy water damage to right rear side wall behind the slide-out. The rear strip of ceiling trim shows signs of water leakage from above. The windows and floor vents are covered with tape and adhesive for an unknown reason. The A/C and refrigerator may not function as there's an aftermarket A/C in the hallway and a full-size refrigerator in the living room slide-out. Refrigerator is also missing the doors. The inner bathroom skylight cover is broken off from the fasteners and hanging. Heavy carpet stains in areas. Blemishes in cabinets, woodwork, and walls. Strong pet odor.
Mechanical: The tongue jack does not function and the wiring has been tampered with. The front right tire has a slow leak. No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
