Interior: The seat upholstery is cracked/torn in areas and the gauges are cloudy. See pictures for details.

Mechanical: Will not start with the key. The ignition switch binds when rotated. Starts/runs by jumping the starter directly (see video). The starter bendix does not engage with the flex plate automatically and requires manual engagement.
