Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: There's a small soft spot in the roof. Driver's side tail light is broken. A couple slide-out awnings are weathered/ripped. The lower half of the roof ladder is missing. Cracks and scrapes in both bumpers as shown. See images for additional details.
Interior: The bathroom sky light is broken and vent is cracked, which we believe had caused water to leak in to the bathroom, hallway, and in to the bedroom entry. The floor is soft in these areas where the flooring is visibly peeled up. The seat upholstery and carpets are worn. There is a hoist installed near the passenger's seat which appears to be a handicap accessibility device.
Mechanical: The front left slide-out does not operate. The generator turns over but does not start (possibly due to low fuel). |
