Tire Condition: Replace.

Exterior: The roof is soft in areas, awnings are torn, the right window seal has been caulked, and there is a hole in the front right skirting. Graphics faded/cracked, scuffs and dings in various locations around the body. See pictures.

Interior: Water-damage around the entry doorway, loose trim on the living area ceiling, and a few of the interior lights do not operate. The screen door, dining table, chairs, and living area TV are missing. Stains in the carpets and scratches on wood trims/cabinetry.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
