Description: 2021 Keystone Hideout 38FQTS equipped with an aluminum exterior, three slideouts, two bedrooms, full bathroom, half bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Good / 75% tread.

Exterior: Weather seals are loose and hanging down behind the awning. Crack in the front left skirting and scratches/scuffs in various locations around the body.

Interior: The sliding door in the rear bedroom is damaged/disconnected. Water leak below the living area slideout window and the dinette booth fasteners are rusted/pulled out from the wall.

Mechanical: The slideouts do not operate. The slideout driveshaft binds when attempting to manually rotate. No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
