Description: 2017 Heartland Sundance 3700RLB equipped with a fiberglass exterior, five slideouts, master bedroom, bunkroom, loft, two full bathrooms, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Replace.

Exterior: The awning is torn/does not close completely, delamination on the rear left slideouts, and loose trim around the exterior kitchen counter. The rear right skirting and left fender are damaged. See pictures for details.

Interior: The TV, living area couch, dining table, cabinet doors, microwave, hood vent, bedroom/bathroom/closet doors, and bedroom slideout trim are missing. Upholstery and wood trims are damaged in areas. The skylight in the secondary bathroom does not close.

Mechanical: The right jack leg is damaged and does not operate. Battery needs to be charged/replaced.
