Exterior: Dents along the skirting on the right side and scratches/scuffs in various locations. Graphics are faded and peeling. Possible soft areas in right slide-out roof.
Interior: Kitchen flooring is peeled and ripped and carpet is stained. The dining slide-out ceiling is soft and sagging. Blemishes in woodwork, walls, and doors as shown. Strong body, pet and musty odor. See photos for additional details.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
**UPDATE: Unit has noticeable water damage throughout, Roof membrane is soft and appears to have previous patch at the rear. Bathroom ceiling molding, water stains around outside of vent. Slide out interior ceiling is drooping. |
