Exterior: There is a U-shaped tear/crack between the roof and wall and exposed area of the roof (see images). The front slide-out awning is weathered and rear missing. The rear slide-out roof is weathered. Crack in the fiberglass near the antenna and a crack in the right rear wall. The front end is weathered and the windshield cracked. Missing four running light covers. See pictures for more details.
Interior: Heavy water damage and staining in the right side walls and ceiling (consistent with exposed/torn areas of roof). Water leaks under windows as shown. Heavy carpet stains.
Mechanical: The Generator will not power on (untested). Unable to get the generator to slide-out to determine the make and model.
Tire Condition: 50% tread
