Scrape across top of left front corner with a tear in the roof membrane and a soft area in the general perimeter. Broken front left light fixture in the corner. Patches in front of roof. Tear in underbelly.
Interior: Walls are soft in the following areas; the left rear corner, left of the upstairs hallway, front of bedroom, and under right bedroom window. The kitchen floor feels spongy and has a tear in the linoleum. Soft spots in ceiling along the left side. Mildew/pet odor.
