Exterior: Cracked windshield. The rear bumper is damaged, missing/cracked trim in areas, delamination, and scuffs/dents in various locations as shown. The main slideout awning is missing and the rear passenger storage door does not latch.
Interior: The unit has been remodeled (new ceiling, walls, flooring, and painted cabinets). Missing furniture in areas and a crack in the bathroom tile floor. There was a previous flood in the bathroom, but no visible damage was found.
Mechanical: The generator is missing and batteries need to be replaced. A previous blowout caused wire damage and the slideouts do not operate.
