Tire Condition: Replace.
Exterior: The roof is soft, repainted, and caulked in areas. The skylight cover is taped, large awning is damaged, and the ladder is bent. Loose trim on the front and under the right slideout. Windows have been recaulked and paint/decals are fading. Scratches and dings in various locations.
Interior: The slideout floors appear to have been replaced/in the process of being replaced. Exposed wiring on the living area slideouts and the right slideout living room walls are soft. The hallway door has been removed, bedroom door does not close, and trim around the shower door is loose. Stains in the flooring, trim on the walls appear to be caulked, and furniture is worn. Scuffs on wood trims and cabinetry. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: Battery is missing. The living area slideouts do not close completely (small gaps). The electrical connector is taped. |
