Exterior: Both wheel lips are broken off and dented near the wheel wells. The driver-side slideout is delaminated. All mounting bolts have been removed where the slideout attaches. Scuffs and dents in the body.
Interior: Stains in the carpets/furniture and wood trims/cabinetry are scratched and worn.
Mechanical: The unit experienced flooding due to a broken toilet, but there doesn't appear to be significant water damage. The water lines in this unit were previously frozen, and the toilet and bathroom faucet continue to run. There is also a leak in the shower wall, and the outdoor sprayer has a heavy leak. Antifreeze has been run through all the water lines to prevent further issues. Battery needs to be replaced. No keys. |
