Tire Condition: Replace.
Exterior: The entry door handle lock shows signs of forced entry, the screen door latch does not function, and the step is bent/broken support. The rear entry door is missing, screen is torn, and the door handle is broken off. Dents in the front right and tape residue on the entry door. Sun faded with scratches and dings in various locations around the body. See pictures for details.
Interior: Water damage on the rear right corner flooring and lower portion of the wall (rotted/soft). Wallpaper bubbling on the rear of the slideout, the bottom of the kitchen cabinets are peeling, and the A/C vent is broken/bent. The refrigerator is missing, furniture is worn/peeling, and scuffs on walls/doors.
Mechanical: The top of the slideout gets caught when retracting and requires manual assistance. No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. |
