Exterior: Exterior walls are delaminated. Awning fabric is torn. Sun faded with cracked decals, scratches, and dings in various locations. A portion of the belly pan is hanging down.
**UPDATED**Interior: Scratches/wear on wood trims, cabinetry, doors, and walls. Evidence of water leak from right wall at entry door to bedroom. Wall is bubbled along entry way and also behind bedroom door. Bathroom skylight has a leak and the ceiling between the skylight and wall is soft. The rear bedroom slide-out wall has noticeable water damage. Right rear dining slide floor feels excessively flimsy. Floor is spongy down right side and left rear slide-out floor is water damaged in front of the fireplace. Flooring has been replaced with vinyl planks and the walls have been repainted throughout. There is no trim around perimeter of the floor. Some of the work appears unfinished. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. Front left tire has a slow leak.
