Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: Water heater cover missing. Hail dings in the front and left side. Skirting damage on left side and the belly pan is torn in a couple areas. Missing right rear stabilizer jack. Various scuffs and dings from use.
Interior: Countertops are peeling. Stains on wallpaper in bedroom, trim damaged at entry, and poor repair to wall at entry. One window is broken and one is missing in the living area. Trim is damaged, holes in walls, and cabinetry is scuffed/worn in areas. The bathroom door knob is damaged and screens are damaged. Missing window treatments/miniblinds in bedroom and 1" hole in bedroom wall. The top bunk has been removed, holes in the bunkroom wall, and exposed wiring. Wall paneling is bowed in the bathroom. Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be charged/replaced. |
