Tire Condition: Worn / 50% tread.

Exterior: The roof is damaged and leaking. The leveling jacks are rusted and bent. Damage to the left fender and a blown tire on the right side (sitting on the rim). Stains, scuffs, and dings in the body as shown.

Interior: The screen door is detached and the living area TV is missing. Normal stains and wear from use.

Mechanical: The slideouts do not operate. No keys. Battery needs to be replaced and one propane tank is missing.
