Tire Condition: Replace.
Exterior: The roof membrane is torn along the right side and the plywood is bad underneath. The rear roof vent cover is missing. Damage to the skirting around the tires on both sides. Scaffold marks are on the rear left slideout, and a crack is forming on the rear passenger slideout. Sun faded with scuffs and dings in various locations around the body.
Interior: The living area flooring is soft. Wear/damage to wood trims, cabinetry, and furniture in areas. Foul odor. See pictures for condition.
Mechanical: The tires are mismatched sizes. No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. |
