Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: The rear corners of the roof have been patched/taped. The roof is soft in the rear left. The front right compartment is water-damaged and the gutters are dented on the left side. Normal scratches and stains in areas from use. See pictures for details.

Interior: The base of the toilet leaks. The bedroom mattress is not the original (replaced with a house mattress). The TV and audio/radio are missing.

Mechanical: The battery and propane tanks are missing.
