Description: 2020 Heartland Pioneer PI360 equipped with a fiberglass exterior, four slideouts, master bedroom, bunkroom, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Good / 25% tread.

Exterior: Duct tape on the lower edges of all slideouts (appear solid). The molding on the upper right is broken/detached, the front awning is bent outwards, dents in the skirting, one fender flare is broken, and the water heater cover is missing.

Interior: The toilet/shower head are missing and the shower door is broken off the track. Rippled wall coverings in various locations (appear solid). The woodwork, flooring, and furniture are worn. Missing mattresses. View photos for details.

Mechanical: No keys. The electrical connector light cord does not operate. The battery needs to be replaced and one propane tank is missing.
