Description: 20107 Heartland Gateway 3800RLB equipped with a fiberglass exterior, four slideouts, master bedroom, bunkroom, loft, full bathroom, half bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Good / 25% tread.

Exterior: The roof is soft on the rear left slideout, the rear vent cover is missing, and the roof has been poorly recoated. The belly pan is missing across the front end with exposed wiring. Scratches and dings in areas from use. View photos for details.

Interior: The kitchen slideout trim is loose and the ceiling is missing. The flooring is soft in front of the large slideout, broken heater vents, the rear bathroom sink is cracked, and the rear bathroom countertop is damaged. Missing trim below the kitchen sink, the bedroom closet door is off-track, stains in the carpets, and scuffs/wear on wood trims/cabinetry in various locations. Foul odor.

Mechanical: The rear left slideout does not open. No keys. Battery needs to be charged/replaced.
