Exterior: The roof is bowed behind the nose, tears in the membrane in the rear, and the roof is soft between the fiberglass/wood deck and down the right side. The silicone seam between the fiberglass and roof membrane is bad. The belly pan is torn behind the rear right tire showing rotted flooring. Silicone around the water heater door. Faded paint/graphics with scratches/dings in areas.
Interior: The ceiling in the front is water-damaged. Hole in the ceiling above the left side of the entry door (wet inside). Stains in the carpet, upholstery, countertops, and bathroom sink. The vinyl flooring is damaged in the kitchen area, missing trim above the fridge, and scuffs on wood trims/cabinetry. Water stains and damage to the lower trim in the bedroom closet. The bedroom ceiling is soft and bowed. See pictures for details.
