Exterior: The front wall is delaminated, lower front compartment is water damaged, and a hole in the rear wall (into the bathroom). The awning is torn and the roof leaks. Sun faded with scuffs/dings in the body.
Interior: The entire floor is soft on both the left/right sides with the entryway being almost soft enough to step through. A plywood subfloor has been laid over the existing flooring (except in the bathroom). The front bedroom wall is soft. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: The battery needs to be replaced. |
