Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Insurance loss due to toilet overflowing under floor/underbelly. / Please see all pictures.
Exterior: Damaged trim on the rear right corner and the left fender flare is broken. Sun faded paint/graphics with scuffs and dings in areas. View photos for details.
Interior: We've been told that the rear toilet had flooded with water from the black water holding tank and had saturated underneath the flooring in to the underbelly. Extent of damage underneath is unknown. Unit was professionally sanitized and cleaned upon arrival. The screen door is damaged, paneling peeling inside the rear entry door, and the dinette is missing. Scratches/wear on wood trims and cabinetry.
Mechanical: The battery needs to be charged/replaced.
