Exterior: Small hole in rear wall. Roof has leaks in multiple areas. Awning arms are bent. Underside of both slides are water damaged.
Interior: Water damage along the edges of the flooring from front to back due to leaks in the roof. The floor is very soft at the entry way, along the front of the kitchen slide-out, and in the bathroom. The rear floor under the sofa and in the corner of the left slide-out are also very soft. Various holes and punctures in soft areas of floor as shown. Hole in rear side wall. The left slide-out floor is warped and water damaged. Bedroom ceiling has water spots. The entry wall between slide and door, rear walls, and the left bedroom wall are soft. Mildew stains in the carpet. Furniture upholstery is worn.
Tire Condition: 50% - Weathered/cracked.
Other: Battery needs replacement. Negative battery terminal is broken off.
