Exterior: The roof seams have been caulked, the skylight has been sealed, and there are patches in areas. Tire blowout damage on the right side, water damage inside the power cable compartment, and the awning is missing. Delamination, scuffs, and dings in various locations around the body.
Interior: The entryway flooring and the flooring along the sides of the unit are soft. The bathroom ceiling is soft/patched. The walls on the slideout, living area, and bedroom are soft. The flooring is buckled in various locations, and the slideout flooring is warped. Tire blowout damage under the kitchen cabinet has been covered with plywood. See pictures.
Mechanical: The power tongue jack and the rear power stabilizer legs do not operate. Battery needs to be replaced. |
