Exterior: The front and rear walls are delaminated, skirting is dented, awning is missing, and the bathroom roof vent is broken. Graphics are cracked, paint is faded, and scuffs/dings in various locations.

Mechanical: The rear left slideout does not operate. No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. The unit came in with frozen water lines. The toilet and bathroom/kitchen faucets leak. Manufacturers tag is unreadable (no build sheet).
