Tire Condition: Worn / 25% tread.
Exterior: The rear roof vent cover and awning canvas are missing. The access stairs are damaged and tied up. The rear left compartment door is difficult to open. Dent in front bumper and scratches in windshield. Missing right side view mirror.
Interior: The kitchen cabinets under the sink will not close completely. Water damage in the upper cab walls/ceiling in the bunk area and in the slide-out wall between the bunk beds. Peeling/separating in the wall paneling near the slide-out. Stains and wear from use. See images for additional details.
Mechanical: The odometer/hour reading randomly changes (miles/hours unknown). One of the front brakes appears to be sticking and gives off a burning odor after a short drive. The generator runs, but will need to be serviced as it has issues with starting and staying running for more than a few minutes. Slide-out does not operate. One of the leveling jacks had been stuck down and had to be manually retracted. Batteries need replacement.
