The awning and front awning bracket are missing leaving holes and exposed wiring. Hole in the flooring above the rear left tire from a tire blowout. Entry light is broken off and missing.

Interior: The entry flooring is soft, the front end is water-damaged, and there's a hole in the flooring beneath the bathroom cabinet. Damage to the cabinet bases, vinyl peeling on the dinette, and the carpet is worn. Damaged cabinets in the bedroom. The microwave, panel cover below the oven, and faucet parts are missing.
Mechanical: No keys. The battery needs to be charged/replaced. |
