Tire Condition: Replace.
Exterior: The front left is delaminated, trim is missing on the front sides, the front right cargo door is loose, the water heater cover is missing, and the right slideout belly pan is damaged. The flooring is water-damaged on both slideouts. Faded decals with scuffs and dings in various locations. See pictures.
Interior: The flooring is soft in front of the refrigerator and on the left side of the bedroom. The bedroom closets, front left wall, and the ceiling above the cabinets are water-damaged. Loose flooring in the bathroom. Scuffs and peeling veneer on doors and cabinetry.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be charged/replaced. The generator does not start/run.
