Tire Condition: Cracked / 50% tread.

Exterior: The exterior shower door cover is missing and the awning has been removed (holes filled with silicone). The entry steps are detached (located in the unit). Faded paint/graphics with scratches and dings in areas from use.

Interior: The kitchen countertop is peeling with small cracks in the sink. Wallpaper peeling and cabinet doors/ladder missing in the bunkroom. Water damage and a hole in the front slide-out walls. The dinette is damaged and trim missing in the bedroom. Stains in the walls/carpets with scuffs on wood trims/cabinetry in various locations. See pictures for details.
