Exterior: The bedroom slideout is split open at the base. The front left corner is delaminating, awning is torn, and scratches/dings in various locations around the body. View photos for details.

Interior: Stains and small holes in the flooring. Carpeting on the bedroom stairs has been removed and the shower floor is cracked. The dinette table and chairs are missing. Scuffs and wear on wood trims/cabinetry/doors.

Mechanical: The rear toilet does not flush. The unit arrived frozen, and is unclear if any lines are broken. No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
