Exterior: Moderately weathered & faded. Lower front left corner of slide-out is bent. Pry marks on entry door. The belly pan is slightly hanging and there's an extension cord sticking through in the rear which may be for heat tape. The plumbing drain piping appears to have been altered. The rear wall and both rear corners are delaminated.
Interior: The sub floor is soft in the entry way, in front of the shower, along the right bathroom wall, and very soft at the bathroom entry. Bathroom floor also has a couple of cigarette burns. Bathroom closet on the right has moderate water damage in the rear corner. Right bedroom window has a couple water leaks underneath and a soft spot in the corner below. Ceilings and walls are stained. Bathroom plumbing and water heater access panels are missing.

Other: No keys. Battery not included. The battery terminals are cut and clamps have been added.
