Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: The entry stairs are disconnected and the awning/awning supports are missing on the rear right side. Loose LED light near the entry door. Exposed wiring, faded paint/graphics, and scratches/dings in various locations.
Interior: The cargo door has been replaced, and does not match. Wallpaper peeling in the living area, flooring torn in the bedroom, damaged trim beside the fridge, and stains in the cargo area flooring. The vinyl flooring is torn/peeling and cabinetry is worn in various locations. Dents in the refrigerator. The microwave and one of the couch legs are missing. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be charged/replaced. Generator hours unknown.
