Description: 2014 Heartland Cyclone 4114 equipped with a fiberglass exterior, three slideouts, master bedroom, bunks, full bathroom, kitchenette, and a Cummins Onan RV QG 5500 generator.

Tire Condition: Replace.
Exterior: The membrane is torn and there is a soft spot on the roof near the ladder. Delaminated fiberglass behind the right slideout and below the front left slideout. The underside of both living room/kitchen slides are rotted and the weather stripping damaged. The lower skirting is damaged and the fender flare is missing on the left side. The awning is damaged, faded paint/decals, and scratches/dings in various locations around the body.
Interior: The left rear slide and lower cabinetry woodwork are water damaged. Hole in floor in front of left rear slide. The front cover of the master bed frame is off, dents in the refrigerator, and a hole in the bathroom door. Wood trims and cabinetry are scuffed, furniture is worn, and stains in the carpets in various locations. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: The generator turns over and does not start but fires on starting fluid. Batteries and propane tanks not included. |
