Exterior: The roof is weathered, the underbelly in the front is loose/bulging, and there is surface rust on the frame/leaf springs. Sun faded, graphics peeling, and scratches/dings in areas.

Interior: Loose caulking around the shower/tub, loose paneling in the kitchen, scratches on the bathroom door, and the bunks have been removed. Stains in the carpets and wear on wood trims/cabinetry in various locations. See pictures for details.

Mechanical: The battery needs to be replaced. Missing propane tanks.
