Exterior: Multiple areas of delamination in the left side, both sides of the upper cab, and lower rear. Tree branch scratches across both sides. Appears to have been backed in to something that pushed the ladder in to the rear and dented the bumper. The LP compartment door is bent and won't close. Missing slide-out awning. The right edge of the roof near the entry door is soft. Front roof vent near bunk bed is broken open.
Interior: Front left cab wall in bunk area is water damaged. The floor is soft in front of the slide-out just behind the drivers seat. Window ledge top behind theater seating is missing. Bathroom door does not latch and is peeled near the top. Shower skylight appears to have a minor leak. Stains on kitchen floor. See photos for additional details.
Mechanical: The slide-out is able to fully extend but struggles to retract and stops about 6" out. The slide-out initially would only extend 6" out from the wall and had been repaired but the issue returned in the opposing position. Generator turns over but unable to test start due to low fuel level.
Tire Condition: 75% - Weathered/cracked.
