Exterior: The roof deck is rotted, the bathroom skylight is broken, and holes in several areas. The rear left window is broken, fiberglass is damaged down the lower right side, and the left/rear sides are delaminated.
Interior: Exposed wiring above the dashboard and front bunk. A panel has been removed from the passenger side dashboard. The flooring is soft from the bathroom through the bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom are water-damaged. The flooring, walls, ceiling, doors, and cabinets are water-damaged in various locations. Paint peeling on the dinette, the upholstery is worn, and a missing cabinet door above the couch. See pictures for condition.
Mechanical: The slideouts do not operate. The generator does not start/run (hours unknown). Batteries need to be charged/replaced.
