Exterior: The roof is soft and the vents are damaged. The belly pan is loose, awning/awning brackets are damaged, wiring has been cut inside the refrigerator access compartment and the door is missing. Areas of delamination. Various blemishes as shown.

Interior: Damages to the flooring, countertops, cabinets, doors, and wiring. The flooring is soft from the bathroom to the bedroom, damaged roof vents/skylights, and water damage throughout. See pictures for condition.

Mechanical: The slide-outs do not operate and the leveling jacks are damaged. No keys or propane tanks.
