Exterior: Roof leak/heavy delamination in front. Water leaks in the front storage compartment. A tire blow out caused a hole in the right underside and damage to wiring and the furnace. Awning is torn and weathered. All four stabilizer jacks are bent.
Interior: Heavy water damage in the front walls and ceiling. The front wall is very soft and the ceiling is sagging. There are soft spots in the floor near the master bed. Possible leak across the ceiling in the kitchen. Missing lower sofa panel. See photos for details.
