Exterior: Normal scuffs and dings in areas from use.

Interior: Soft spots in the flooring in front of the dinette table and next to the shower. The backsplash trim in the kitchen is loose, and the wallpaper behind the dinette table is torn. A cabinet under the bench seat is broken off its hinges, stains in the flooring, and stains on the ceiling (possibly wood filler). Previous pet(s) and strong pet odor. See pictures.

Mechanical: The electric jack does not operate. Battery needs to be replaced. Missing propane tanks.
